About Event

“This contact improvisation workshop will be
focused on both creating a ground for
contact improvisation skills and qualities of
sensing though somatic methods, and
awaking of awareness through heightening
the senses.
A unique way to develop the physical
principles of CI.
We will look at very basic principles of CI, as
“rolling point of contact”, support, following
& leading, falling, use of momentum, sink
and suspension. Backspace,
counterbalancing, in & out of contact
This workshop is for dancers, theater
artists, performers and for all of those who
are interested in finding new ways of
expression and self exploration.
