About Event
Abraham & Thakore’s AW collection “ Bagaan “ is inspired from the idea of Autumn and autumn leaves, foliage and flowers.
The “leit “ leaf motif is carried through in various techniques – from handwoven brocade from Varanasi to graphic double ikat from Andhra Pradesh ; from appliqued 3 D leaf motifs in tussar silk to shimmering sequinned patterns , the collection celebrates nature in all its forms as well as serving up a reminder of our fragile ecology.
