“Come unplug from the world and nourish yourself with Ecstatic Dance—a freeform journey of self-discovery through music and movement for exercise, emotional expression, and community connection.

There is no choreography, other than following the body and listening into its wisdom. The dance offers us the space to drop out of the mind and into the feet, to allow the beat of the music to hold & guide us as we step out of our own way and be danced.

Gathering ‎together as a community, on ‎the dance floor activates potent life force energy for ‎transformation, ‎creation and joy. Dance, move, express, heal, discover, expand your consciousness, share, create, love ♥
