About the Artist : Nash JR
Born and raised in the valley of Nainital, Nash JR has embarked on a sole mission. A mission of healing the crowd through his bass music therapy.
The 24-year-old prodigy has already gained notoriety among the circle of bass heads across the national capital.
Having an ear for rhythm since young age, Nash began perfecting his craft of mixing at the age of 15. He joined Project Hip Hop in 2010 and soon started promoting Hip-Hop music across Delhi.
In 2012, Nash became a part of Urbanatics group and began adding new sounds like Trap/Twerk, Grime, Dancehall etc. in his arsenal.
As a DJ, Nash seamlessly flows several different genres together; from Grime, Dubstep & Trap/808, to all the way to Hip-Hop. One will always be thrilled to find the freshest yet most hard- to-find sound in his sets.
Making waves throughout the industry, Nash was chosen to play the opening set for the legendary DJ Premier, who is well-known for producing beats for rappers like Jay-Z, Nas, Biggie, Royce Da 5’9 and many others.
In September 2017, Nash Jr opened for the renowned Trap music American Producer T-Mass at Kitty Su. The gig garnered him the well-deserved admiration of the crowd.
An ardent 808 disciple, Nash has released a couple mixtapes where his ability to transition between various genres has earned him a massive respect among his fans and DJs alike
