The finale of Roadies Double Cross (also known as Roadies XX) brought the season to a dramatic and emotional close as Kushal Tanwar, fondly known as Gullu, from Elvish Yadav’s gang, emerged as the winner. A journey marked by unexpected eliminations, fierce comebacks, and a powerful finale task ended with Gullu lifting the trophy, claiming a Karizma XMR bike and a cash prize of ₹10 lakh.
From Elimination to Redemption
Gullu’s path to victory was far from straightforward. Initially a member of Elvish Yadav’s gang, he was eliminated mid-season, only to return as a wildcard. In a surprising turn of events during the wildcard auction, Gautam Gulati used most of his wins to bring Gullu back into the game. However, fate had a twist in store.
After winning a ticket to the finale, Gullu was presented with the choice to double-cross and switch gangs. Though Gautam had invested heavily in his return, Gullu chose loyalty and went back to Elvish’s gang, leaving audiences stunned and Gautam visibly heartbroken.
A Nail-Biting Finale
The final task tested both mental and physical agility. Gullu completed the challenge in 1 minute 16 seconds, outperforming Hartaaj Singh Gill from Prince Narula’s gang, who clocked in at 1 minute 48 seconds. The competition was intense, but Gullu’s determination and precision secured him the win.
Alongside Gullu and Hartaaj, other finalists included Rishabh Sachdev, Rohit Singh, RD Dedha, and Priya Sharma, each bringing unique strengths to the finale.
Elvish Yadav’s Emotional Triumph
This victory marks a milestone for Elvish Yadav, who joined the show as a first-time gang leader after his Bigg Boss OTT 2 win. Elvish shared his joy on Instagram, saying, “Gullu was the first Roadie I chose. Standing here today as the winning gang is an overwhelming moment.”
He added in a heartfelt post, “My brother Kushal Tanwar (Gullu) and I have WON Roadies Double Cross! It’s been an incredible ride. We did it, Gullu!”
Celebrations and Congratulatory Messages
As the season wrapped up, fellow gang leaders Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula, Rhea Chakraborty, and Gautam Gulati extended their congratulations to Gullu, celebrating his well-earned title.
