For new models, it’s always important to be familiar with the photo “ownership copyrights.” If I talk about the ownership of photos from a photo shoot, they will be considered as the intellectual property of the photographer. But once a photographer transfers the “ownership of copyright” to a model through a written contract, then the model can use those photos for any purposes.
